Technical Skills:

• Java 8 (OOPS, Exception Handling, Collections, JDBC, Streams).
  
• Good hands on in Design Principles and Design Patterns
  
• Servlets and spring experience with Hibernate/JPA (mandatory) - Hands on experience in REST APIs
  
• JS Framework (Preferably Angular2), HTML5, CSS, JQuery.
  
• Database designing with MySQL - Worked on writing/fine tuning SQL queries.
  
• Experience with Application Server – Tomcat.
  
• Building tools: Maven, Jenkins.
  
• Git or SVN exposure.
  
• Working experience on AWS is an advantage
  
• Exposure to Agile or SCRUM methodologies is an advantage.
  
• Highly Tech Savvy and hands-on.
  
• Strong evidence of a solution/product created ground up.
  

• Communicate and collaborate effectively with Product Owner to resolve requirements gaps
  
• Ensure setup of the core framework for development and also maintain high level of quality for the end product delivered.
  
• Provide technical support, guidance and inspiration to other members of the team
  
• Pro-actively suggest and implement agreed process improvements that enhance the performance, productivity and morale of the team.
  
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes that enhance the performance and quality of personal and team deliverables.
  
• Work flexibly and imaginatively in a changing and evolving project environment.
