1.Should be willing to travel.
2.Knowledge and experience in oops, Spring & Hibernate is a must.
3.Should be ready to handle Full stack
4.Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
5.Write well designed, testable, efficient code
6. Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
7. Prepare and produce releases of software components
8.Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
