Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.
- Collaborate with teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet their requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential and existing clients.
- Work closely with technical and sales teams to achieve organizational goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: B.Tech (mandatory).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java and related frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and client-handling experience preferred.
Key Skills:
- Core Java, Advanced Java (J2EE)
- Spring / Spring Boot Framework
- Hibernate / JPA
