Kiras Tech is seeking dynamic and skilled Java Developers to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will contribute to software development projects, engage with clients, and help drive business growth through strong technical and communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.
- Collaborate with teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet their requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential and existing clients.
- Work closely with technical and sales teams to achieve organizational goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: B.Tech (mandatory).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java and related frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and client-handling experience preferred.
Key Skills:
- Core Java, Advanced Java (J2EE)
- Spring / Spring Boot Framework
- Hibernate / JPA
- RESTful Web Services
- SQL / MySQL / Oracle
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic understanding)
- Git / Version Control
