Java Front End Developer

Bangalore

Key responsibilities include:

Excellent communication and direct interaction with a UI Designer, product management, other development teams, and support/field engineers to establish requirements and ensure functionality is meeting customer needs.
Design and development of a JavaScript, JQuery, AngularJS and Ajax Front-end framework for managing Big Data.
Hands-on coding of Management UI applications utilizing the above mentioned frameworks
Interacting with Support teams to help triage issues found by the customer related to their user experience of the product.

Knowledge and technical expertise:

Exceptional experience in implementing Modern UI frameworks
Strong hands-on experience implementing Front End applications using:
JavaScript, JQuery, AngularJS, AJAX, HTML5 and CSS
Graphing Libraries (Highcharts, D3)
A passion for building innovative and modernized web applications (examples would be helpful)

Preferred Skills (Nice to have):

Design and development of a Java based Server-side framework for managing Big Data.
experience with Java and Spring technologies
Hands on working knowledge of Application Servers
Experience working in Linux environments including Linux/Unix scripting
A clear understanding of Restful API’s
Proficiency in SQL
Familiarity with Python development

Education and professional experience:

Bachelor's in Engineering or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related academic field
5+ years of developing modernized “Front End” environments for a web application.
