Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Learn and understand core Java concepts including syntax, data types, control structures, and exception handling.

Assist in coding, testing, and debugging Java applications under supervision.

Work on simple modules of ongoing projects to gain practical experience.

Participate in daily team meetings, training sessions, and code reviews.

Collaborate with senior developers to understand design patterns and best practices.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards.

Understand basics of related technologies like JDBC, Servlets, JSP, and frameworks like Spring (optional at trainee level).

Gain familiarity with version control tools like Git.

Support the team in software maintenance and bug fixes.

Develop problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of programming concepts, preferably Java.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

Strong eagerness to learn new technologies and programming languages.

Good analytical and logical thinking abilities.

Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

Ability to work in a team and take constructive feedback.

Basic understanding of databases and SQL is a plus.
