Job Description

  • Responsibilities will include implementing visual elements and their behaviors for the user interaction flows.
  • The candidate will work with both front-end and back-end web developers, taking an active role on both sides, and defining how the application looks and functions.

    • Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong knowledge in JavaScript and any JavaScript framework
  • Work with the existing framework and help evolve it by building reusable code and libraries
  • Optimize applications for performance and scalability
  • Work on the robustness of the application with a lot of care
  • Collaborate with other team members
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript and web-markup including HTML5 and CSS3
  • Awareness around cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues
  • Familiarity with module loaders such as require.js, AMD
  • Familiarity with build tools like gulp/grunt
  • Good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance
