Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on sourcing, product development, and sampling
2. Working on new prototypes
3. Following-up regularly and providing assistance for new product developments through sampling artisans
4. Researching similar products and developing ideas
5. Travelling to wholesale markets, identifying, and sourcing relevant designs/materials as per themes, details, and requirements
6. Assisting/training artisan groups in developing the product
7. Making trim cards and technical specification documents as and when required

Other requirements
1. Should be comfortable with working from the office and remotely if required
2. Must be open to travel to factories, vendors, and markets for sourcing and new product development
3. Technical know-how in terms of accessory design or jewelry design is a plus
