Job Description
As a Jewellery Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and sales support in a retail jewellery environment. You will assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces to suit their taste and occasion, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales performance.
Welcome Customers and Greeting them
Enquire Customer Requirement and provide relevant Information about Product
Providing them Excellent Customer Service.
Communicate Effectively with the Customers
Processing customer's payments in the form of cash or card.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Can speak Telugu, Hindi, English
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide comprehensive information about jewellery products, including metals, gemstones, and styles.
Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and suggest suitable products.
Process transactions and manage sales records accurately.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of jewellery pieces.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Stay updated on market trends and new product arrivals.
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Participate in inventory management and stock control activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.

Proficiency in handling sales transactions and using POS systems.
