Job Summary:
We are seeking a Jewelry Sales Associate to assist customers in selecting high-quality diamond, gold, and gemstone jewelry. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent customer service, and knowledge of jewelry trends and craftsmanship.
Ø Jewelry sales associate performs different functions to ensure customers are happy with their purchases.
Ø Greets and meets customers on arrival at the showroom
Ø Listens attentively to a customer’s needs and gives explicit explanation to satisfy such a customer
Ø Presents the customer with the needed jewelry and provides information, such as pricing and discounts etc.,
Ø Explain customers about chits and offers clearly on their purchases.
Ø Act aggressively on the sales targets and offers.
Ø Provides pricing information to the cashier alongside the weight of the items purchased.
Ø Helps to facilitate payments after every purchase.
Ø Takes charge of all the inventories in the showroom by entering them into the computer system
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Sales

Greet and assist customers in choosing diamond, gold, and gemstone jewelry.

Provide expert advice on jewelry quality, styles, trends, and pricing.

Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Meet and exceed sales targets through effective product recommendations.
Jewelry Handling & Store Operations

Maintain proper display, stocking, and arrangement of jewelry collections.

Ensure secure handling and care of all jewelry items.

Assist in inventory checks and stock updates.
Billing & Documentation

Process sales transactions, invoices, and customer payments.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.

Educate customers on certifications, warranties, and after-sales services.
Brand Representation & Promotions

Stay updated on latest jewelry trends and product knowledge.

Inform customers about new arrivals, special offers, and promotions.

Represent the brand professionally with a positive and customer-friendly attitude.
