Job description below for "L3 Atlassian" resource requirement.L3 Atlassian SME will be designing and driving the consolidation of multiple Atlassian instances into a datacenter edition. The candidate is expected to be in a customer facing role and will have to be the primary technical contact for customerTech Skills? Atlassian product knowledge or experience in building and supporting migrations related projects in the past? Must have experience working with the datacenter edition & SaaS edition of Atlassian.? Ability to establish vision and guide other Atlassian SMEs? Knowledge on Jira, JSD,Confluence, Bitbucket and jira service desk concepts, Scrum? Scalable systems and how to scale Atlassian stack(Jira data center, Confluence data center)? Experience of cloud services(AWS)? Scripting knowledge? ACP-100 certification will be an add-onSoft Skills? 4+ years of experience in enterprise apps environment and should have been in customer facing roles. Overall experience should be at least 9 years? Ability to ask compelling/leading questions, uncover common customer themes, and lead technical planning and project planning? Technical ability to navigate and solution for complex discussions on various deployment/migration options across self-hosted, cloud and hybrid deployment options? Conduct discovery during the customer migration process to assess and understand their use case, migration needs and any potential roadblocks to migrating? Advice customers on how to plan/prepare for migration and consolidation of Atlassian instances? Ensure customers partner with scrum masters for troubleshooting and to assist with data migrations? Bachelors degree or a related field.? Total Experience 5+ years.
