Job Description
- Synopsis:
- Telecom Provisioning Support
- Local Number Portability
- Customer Service
- Order Flow Management
- Report work status back to respective Lead/Manager
- Support on night shift login is mandatory
- 0-2yrs experience
- Prior experience with US based BPO work (additional advantage)
- Prior experience with US Telecom/ Number Porting (additional advantage)
- Knowledge Retention
- Attention to Detail
- Good written and spoken English
- Basic computer skills (Windows & Excel) with good typing speed (30 wpm @ 98% accuracy)
- Physically fit to work in night shift continuously, day shift will be very rare
- Ready to work in night login shift based on project requirement
- Familiarity with US culture is an added advantage; at-least should be willing to adopt the same due to requirement in work
