• Preparing for GST audits and assisting senior CA professionals.
• Client Communication:
• Liaising with clients on GST-related queries and concerns.
• Providing basic guidance and support regarding GST procedures.

Additional Responsibilities (based on experience):

• Assisting in developing and implementing internal controls for GST compliance.
• Staying updated on changes in GST laws and regulations.
• Identifying opportunities to optimize GST claims and minimize tax liabilities.
• Preparing reports and presentations on GST compliance for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• CA Intermediate qualification: Demonstrates a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and auditing, with a specific focus on GST.
• B.Com. degree: Provides a solid foundation in business and accounting concepts.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience: Experience in accounting, taxation, or a CA firm is preferable.
• Working knowledge of GST laws and regulations: Understanding of the Goods and Services Tax Act and related rules is essential.
• Proficiency in accounting software: Experience with accounting software like Tally or Busy, with a GST module, is necessary.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: The ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and find solutions is crucial.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy: Ensuring meticulousness in handling tax-related information is paramount.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills: The ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues is vital.
