Job Description
- The role is of a Technology Solutions Consultant with Akili (ERP Business solution) focusing on the Europe and US Market. Akili Systems is one of the brands under Real Time ERP Solution Services Provider.
- It involves generating revenue by engaging with prospects; designing and selling communication solutions via email, chat and phone channels; demonstrating product demos, driving presentations and negotiations.
- The opportunity is an inside sales role and does not require field visits.
- This role will give an opportunity to drive the growth of Akili Systems into the rapidly expanding global Unified.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop an understanding of the ERP Business Application and the internal product/services for Akili Systems.
- Pitch Akili’s value proposition to the customer with a penchant to upsell and cross-sell to the prospect.
- Manage all direct and indirect communication with the lead till sales closure.
- Work collaboratively with the Service team in order to solve any configuration/Service related issues.
- Should be a quick learner.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with customers.
- Ability to learn fast and work independently with little direction.
- Penchant to deliver output within quick turnaround time
- Graduation scores of 60%+
- 10th/12th academic scores of 70%+
- B.Tech / Science background. Good to have an MBA
