Job Description
Roles & Responsibility
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
- Make proper provision of fund for the priority payment.
- Fulfilling complete compliances as per Govt. norms.
- Bill checking & TDS working of sub-contractor /Vendor considering Original Tax Invoice /Service tax bill/GRN/PO.
- Checking all taxation points
- Checking Debit notes.
- Must be good in Tally ERP. Knowledge of PF, PT, Handling Petty Cash is must.
- Should have worked on TDS, Income Tax.
- Should know processing Bank Payment.
- Candidate should have experience in preparing PF challan
- Undertake any other task as assigned by superior.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Min.1 year experience as Accounts Executive.
B.COM, M.COM, MBA (Finance)
