Jr.Associate/Programme Associate Jobs opportunity in IIM Nagpur on temporary & contract basis
Jr.Associate – Accounts
Qualification & Experience: He/ She will be a Post Graduate in Commerce with at least 3 years post qualification experience in Finance & Accounts. Experience in Autonomous Bodies or large Academic Institution is desirable.
Age: Min. 25 years – Max. 35 years
Programme Associate (PGP Office)
Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements: Graduation in any discipline is a must. Post Graduate preferred. Relevant work experience of at least 3 years is essential. Experience in an institute of national repute like IIMs or IITs will be a distinct advantage. Experience in Academic scheduling, attendance management, conducting exams, grading and allied activities.The candidate should be able to work independently and should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities. A good knowledge of Excel, Word, and comfort with computer based working is essential. Excellentcommunicationskills - bothwrittenandverbal .Good computer knowledge. Should be a team player who can instil confidence and establish high performance levels. Should have excellent networking abilities.

Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements: Graduation in any discipline is a must. Post Graduate preferred. Relevant work experience of at least 3 years is essential. Experience in academic administration in an institute of national repute like IIMs or IITs will be a distinct advantage. Experience in admissions, registrations and allied coordination activities.The candidate should be able to work independently and should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and networking &multi-tasking abilities. Excellent IT skills with expertise in excel and knowledge of academic softwares. Should be a team player who can instil confidence and establish high performance levels.

MBA or equivalent Post graduation will be preferred.Prior experience in Placements/HR Recruitment/Staffing/Head-hunting or related organizational activities, especially in an IIM or an equivalent institute of repute is desirable.Prospective candidates must have excellent administrative skills, an ability to multitask, eye for detail, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
