Junior Developer AI (Startup Opportunity)We are looking for a motivated and curious Junior Developer to join our early-stage startup team. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world product development, cutting-edge AI technologies, and end-to-end system building. It is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, experiment, build, and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.You will work closely with the founding team and senior developers on a live MVP and evolving product roadmap, contributing directly to features used by real users.
Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in requirement gathering and understand business and product needsAssist in designing, developing, and maintaining web applicationsWork extensively with Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Functions, Hosting) for backend and data managementBuild and manage AI-driven workflows using n8n, including automation and integrationsAssist in building, integrating, and testing LLM-based featuresWork on AI voice agents, conversational flows, and call-handling logicFine-tune LLM prompts for accuracy, performance, and real-world use casesIntegrate LLMs (OpenAI / similar models) into applications and workflowsCreate and manage webhooks, APIs, and third-party integrationsSupport database design, optimization, and data handling using Firebase and SQL-based systemsConfigure applications and environments as per project requirementsAssist Senior Developers in daily development, debugging, deployment, and testing tasksCollaborate with product, QA, and testing teams to ensure feature completenessDocument workflows, APIs, and implementation details for internal use
Required SkillsStrong understanding of SQL fundamentalsWorking or basic knowledge of Firebase (or willingness to learn quickly)Basic understanding of Power BI or data visualization conceptsInterest in AI, LLMs, automation, and modern application developmentWillingness to learn new tools, frameworks, and technologies rapidlyGood communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently while also contributing as part of a teamGood to Have (Not Mandatory)Basic understanding of JavaScript / TypeScriptExposure to web development (frontend or backend)Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooksAwareness of AI concepts, prompt engineering, or chatbot developmentExperience with low-code/no-code tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make)
