Job Description

Implementation and review
Source candidates as per Requirements through Database, Portals (Job sites and other websites) and Personal References.
Initial screening of candidates on communication skills, technical experience, relevant years of exposure, academic gaps, etc.
Sourcing through from various social networking websites like Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
Scheduling and coordinating Interviews for Short-Listed Candidates.
Following up on Offered candidates and keeping track of their Joining Process. Facilitation for Induction Process/preparation of Induction Kit/ID Card and other necessary arrangements for new joiners
Reporting using Excel on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis.
Responsible for employee engagement activities and should have handled earlier.
Facilitate positive employee relations practice.
Attendance & leaves management, Maintaining daily attendance.
Timely release of the magazine in every quarter and update of news related to the industry every month
Responsible for employees satisfaction surveys.
To float Thought of the day / Birthday & Anniversary / other awareness e-mail to all
