Urgently Looking For- Jr. HR Recruiter In Hadapsar 
Experience- 0 to 5 yrs 
Salary - 1.5 Lac to 3 Lac PA.
Note - Immediately joiners only can apply. Interested candidates may share their resumes

Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertising, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted job descriptions.
Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone screenings to shortlist candidates.
Perform reference and background checks on potential candidates.
Assist in the coordination and scheduling of interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database.
Assist in negotiating job offers and facilitating the onboarding process for selected candidates.
Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract suitable candidates.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
