Job Description
- Jr. Inside Sales Executive 0-1 year Experence
- USA Shift
- We are looking for a Jr. Inside Sales executives.
- Ideal candidate should have very good English communication and written skills, should have a Bachelors degree with top grade.
- Should be a proactive type of person who is ready to learn.
- This is a USA shift job so you will be working during India Time night shifts Weekdays and sometimes on Weekends as well depending on the need.
- Make outbound and attend to incoming calls to and from prospects.
- Provide them information about our training and certification program
- Do regular follow ups using Emails, Calls, and SMS.
- Will go thru rigorous training about the product.
- Cold call old leads, educate them on the services we provide.
- Update all the information on the CRM and update your Leads and meet Daily, Weekly, and monthly targets
- Bachelors Degree with a reputed college with a Degree related to Sales or marketing. Any past Sales experience will be preferred.
- Should have a Good grade in 10th, 12th and Bachelors degree.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills are a must.
- Must be open to learning New techniques, tools, and strategies related to Sales.
- Must be willing to work in Night shifts which will be 9:30 PM-6:30 AM IST.
- Six days work week from Sun thru Friday.
- Location: Domlur, Bangalore
- Work hours: Rotational Shift (7am - 4pm; 1pm - 10pm; 3pm - 12am; 8pm - 5am; 11pm - 8am IST).
- Frequency of Rotation will be 2 Weeks.
- CTC: Salary is not a concern for the right candidate Plus attractive Incentives.
