Job Description
- Solid understanding of Moodle Architecture and APIs.
- Knowledge about Moodle migration from one version to another.
- Hard core programming expertise in Moodle LMS customization
- Experience with Moodle Module / Block Development, Report customization and Moodle web services
- Should have expertise and experience in creation of new Moodle features or modules or plugins from the ground up.
- Should have experience and expertise in detailed customization of existing Moodle features or modules and SCORM content.
- Expertise in detailed customization existing Moodle features or modules and SCORM content
- Strong Background in PHP Programming, JavaScript and understanding of Database Driven portals.
- Hands-on experience in Moodle, PHP 5.x, MySQL and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience in OOPS concepts and MVC design pattern
- Good knowledge in AJAX, jQuery / YUI, JavaScript, and XHTML
- Good knowledge in MySQL and other RDBMS (normalization, indexes, triggers and procedures)
- ·Mandatory: Moodle, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX, Apache.
- Experience with Video players and Content Security water mark, Salting using user authentication
- Clear Understanding of Open Source Technologies and the Systems Concept
- Understanding on the hardware or network setup where LMS is installed and ability to monitor or resolve performance issues in sync with application features
- Worked on at least one CMS from Drupal, Joomla, WordPress
- Knowledge about version control (Git, SVN,CVS)·
- Knowledge about Web service (REST/SOAP)
