· Analyze marketing trends and track competitors’ activities
· Provide valuable inputs for product enhancement and fine tuning sales & marketing strategies Capture client inquiries and maintain a database in the CRM system.
· Maintain customer database up to date, in order to keep the information generated from the sales activities in a structured manner
· Maintain product database for effective processing of client requirement & offer solutions at the onset
· Coordinate, follow-up and review the implementation of the sales and marketing plan in order to achieve the agreed objectives
· Plan and implement new promotional strategies like participating in exhibitions, marketing fairs, customer meets, etc. as a part of market development and brand building effort
Desired Candidate Profile
· BBA/MBA is a must, preferably in marketing
· Good spoken and written English
· Good interpersonal skills
· Relationship Building
· Should be willing to travel, if required
