The incumbent shall be responsible for:
Managing, supervising, operating entire manufacturing activities in assigned work sections
Hands-on plant shift operations to achieve production target for assigned work area
Carrying out all necessary operations in relatively independent fashion as may be required for
ensuring achievement of daily / weekly/ monthly production targets.
Managing, supervising, carrying out entire maintenance activities in a manufacturing plant with particular focus on electrical and allied maintenance requirements, including addressing PLC and related issues expeditiously
Managing, supervising, carrying out entire maintenance activities in a manufacturing plant with particular focus on electrical and allied maintenance requirements, including addressing PLC and related issues expeditiously
Hands-on plant maintenance/ shift operations to achieve manufacturing, machine/ equipment/
electrical utility availability and related targets incl. ensuring maintenance of up to 11 KVA HT
lines
Carrying out all necessary maintenance and inspection activities in relatively independent fashion
as may be required for ensuring achievement of daily / weekly/ monthly production and
machine/ equipment/ utility availability targets.
To carryout Purchase Function starting from sending enquiry to making Tender Committee recommendations and releasing Purchase Orders.
To carryout Purchase Function starting from sending enquiry to making Tender Committee recommendations and releasing Purchase Orders.
To develop Vendors and ensure timely supply of ordered materials
To forward and monitor suppliers bills for payment
Proper maintenance of all store items based on records, in full compliance with standard
procedure
Physical issuance/ return of items as required from time to time, updation in records
Generation of GRN and system payment advice for receipts of goods and services
Ensure zero stock-out for stores items, coordinate with production/ supply chain/ marketing/
vendors for same.
