• Preparation of schedule & micro schedule for the execution of work
• Liaising with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and any issues that arise
• Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to organize the phases of the construction development
• Client Correspondence
• Present information for internal meetings on the project
• Problem-solving
• Material Purchase schedule & follow up for the same to meet the working program & site requirement
