Job Description
Manage payroll data accuracy and resolve employee queries on salaries, leave,
and benefits.
• Generate monthly headcount analytics and maintain HRIS (SuccessFactors).
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Ensure documentation compliance in alignment with internal policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage performance monitoring for contracted
resources.
• Handle recruitment operations, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and
client interfacing.
• Maintaining ATS database .
