About the Role:
Are you passionate about meeting new people and starting your career in sales?
Bilimbe Digital & Event Management is looking for energetic and motivated Junior / Fresher Sales Executives to join our team. You’ll be helping clients discover our exciting event and tech-driven solutions while learning the ropes of sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
- Present our event and digital services confidently to prospects.
- Support the senior sales team in client meetings and proposal preparation.
- Maintain client records and follow up on leads.
- Learn to achieve sales targets through training and mentorship.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service.
Requirements:
- Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of sales experience are welcome.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or any discipline).
Communication:
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Hindi proficiency will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about a sales career.
- Willingness to travel within Chennai for client visits.
- Full-time, Work from Office (6 days a week).
- Must be ready to sign a 1-year employment contract.
