Qualification
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be a graduate - B.E / B.Tech - C.S / IT / BCA/MCA with excellent academic
track record.
- Should have thorough understanding of various IT technologies. Any prior
knowledge/experience with PHP, Java, .NET, Oracle, MySQL, iOS/Android Development, etc.
would be a big plus.
- Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence clients and
colleagues
- Strong ability to take initiative and look beyond current role openings and
identify strong industry talent.
- Ability to accurately and articulately document information.
- Ability to work effectively in teams, share responsibility for results, provide
and accept feedback.
- Must have positive attitude and a strong desire to grow in his/her career.
