JRF Agricultural Chemicals job Position in Indian Agricultural Research
Institute on temporary & contract basis
Title of the Project: Bioprospecting of selected plants for the control of agriculturally important pests
Qualification: M.Sc. in Agricultural Chemicals/Organic Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry with 4 years / 5 years of Bachelor's degree. Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor's degree and 2 years Master's degree should have NET qualification.
Essential: Master’s degree in Chemistry (with specialization in Organic Chemistry) or Agricultural Chemicals/Analytical Chemistry with 4 years / 5 years of Bachelor’s degree having 1 st division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average. Published research papers will be desirable. Those with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s degree must have qualified UGC/CSIR/ICAR NET or equivalent as per the ICAR guidelines .
Desirable: Research experience in natural product chemistry.
