Job Description

Applications are invited for the engagement of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) on contractual and temporary basis in the project entitled “Monitoring and Risk Assessment of Pesticide Residues in Market Vegetable Samples of Bihar and Possible Decontamination Options”under RKVY, Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour.

Particulars: Junior Research Fellow/Vacant Position: 02 (Two)

Emoluments /month: Rs.31,000/- (Rupees Thirty One Thousand) per month + HRA as admissible

Essential Qualifications: Masters’ degree in Agril. Chemicals/ Agril. Chemistry/ Organic Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry/ Environmental Science/ Agril. Biochemistry/ Biochemistry with UGC/CSIR/ICAR-NET or GATE qualification .

The candidate must has Master’s Degree with at least 60% marks OR, equivalent overall grade point average in the above subject with 03 years/ 04 years/05 years of Bachelor’s degree.

A relaxation of 5% may be provided (from 60% to 55% of marks)at Master’s degree level for candidates under SC/ST category.
