Project: 'Value Chain on Processing of Novel Duck meat and egg products under existing farming system of NER for Entrepreneurship Development
Essential qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science with NET qualification or Graduate Degree in Professional Course with NET qualification or Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course
Desirable qualification: M.V.Sc in Livestock Products Technology (LPT) with experience in meat products processing

Age limit: 30 years for men and 35 years for women candidates with relaxation for SC/ST&OBC Candidate as per rule
Emoluments payable: Rs 25,000/- P.M. Plus HRA

It is the first institute of its kind setup by ICAR which encompasses all the disciplines of agriculture, horticulture, animal siciences, agricultural engineering, agro forestry and fishery to cater to the research needs of the tribal areas of NEH Region including Sikkim.
