JRF Basic Science recruitment in National Institute of Immunology (NII)

Project:“Role of tRNA biogenesis in neuronal gene expression”

Educational Qualifications: Post graduate degree in basic science or graduate degree inprofessional course or a post-graduate degree in a professional course. The candidate shouldhave qualified any ‘National Level Examination’ as per DST OM dated 30.01.2019

Emoluments: Rs.31,000/- per month plus 24% HRA (As per DST OM datedn 30.01.2019).

Job description & Desired Knowledge: Primary responsibility of the selected candidate would be bioinformatic analysis of next generation sequencing date.

Successful candidates must haveproven expertise in R and python.Previous experience with bioinformatics/next generation sequencing is essential. Knowledgein statistics is desirable.

Application Fees:Rs 100/- drawn on Canara Bank or Indian Bank payable at Delhi/New Delhi in favour of the Director, NII (SC/STPH and Women candidates are exempted from payment of fees
