Essential Qualification : Post graduate Degree in Basic Science/ Botany with specialization in Plant Pathology/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology with NET Qualification or Post graduate degree in Plant Pathology/ Agricultural Science/Forestry with NET Qualification.

Age limit : SRF/JRF is 35 years for men and 40 years for women on the date of walk-in-interview (Relaxation for SC/ST/ OBC candidates as per rule).
