Job Description

The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, School of Engineering, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri Campus, invites applications for the post of Junior Research Fellow in a SERB-DST sponsored research project (Project File Number: SRG/2019/002002) entitled "Shape Optimization of Optical Structures".

Eligibility and Experience: Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science OR Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course selected through a process described through any one of the following in the link.

Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests - CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant professorship) and GATE.

The selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc.

Knowledge of numerical methods in solving electromagnetic problems.

Duration: Initial appointment for 1 year, extendable up to 2 years based on performance.

Consolidated Monthly Compensation: Rs. 31,000/-
