Project entitled : “Orchid bioresources of the North-East India-Conservation, database development and information networking”
1.Junior Research Fellow/ 1 Post
Qualification: M.Sc in Basic sciences with good academic record or graduation in professional subject with working experience on plant tissue culture and conservation of bioresources & its management. Knowledge of computer operation is essential.
Desirable:Qualified in NET/GATE. Experience in plant tissue culture, Field exploration and taxonomic identification of plant
2.Junior Research Fellow/ 1 Post
Qualification: Masters in any branch of Sciences with good academic record and Certificate/Diploma in computer application
Desirable:NET/GATE qualified. Working experience on development of Database.
Fellowship/ Consolidated pay:Rs. 25,000/- + 10% HRA for 1st and 2nd year and Rs. 28,000/- + 10% HRA for 3rd year. For non-NET candidates Rs. 12,000/- + 10% HRA for 1st and 2nd year and Rs. 14,000/- + 10% HRA for 3rd year.
Age: 28 yrs
Selected candidates shall not claim for regular appointment either in IBSD, Imphal, RCIBSD, Sikkim or DBT, New Delhi.
