Job Description

JRF Bioinformatics recruitment in ICGEB, New Delhi

Title of the project: “Multi-Omics in Microalgae (MOMICs): Tools and Pipelines for Data Integration and Visualization of Big Data” - Funded by Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Ministry of Science & Technology, GoI, New Delhi, India.

Qualification: 1. Candidates should hold a first-class M. Sc./B. Tech./M. Tech. in Computational Sciences/ Bioinformatics or any other relevant field. 2. Candidates with DBT-JRF (Cat-II)/NET/GATE will be given preference.

Applicants must have: Proven experience of high throughput data analysis, database/website development, Python/ PERL, PHP/HTML and MySQL/Oracle. Experience in BIG data analytics is desirable.
