Desirable Qualification: Preference will be given to candidates having sound knowledge in DNA
isolation, collection and handling of biospecimens from of cancer patients and experience in handling BIG
data, ability to design customize Cancer Panel and protein structure analysis.
Knowledge of Exome data analysis, Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) identification and annotation, R/Perl/Python programming language for writing short programs and should comfortable with work under Unix environment is desirable.
