JRF Bioinformatics recruitment in Tezpur University
Title : “Development of conducting polymer based nanocomposites for efficient detection of Mycotoxins”
Qualifications: Masters degree (M.Sc/M.Tech) in Bioinformatics/Molecular biology/
Microbiology/Biotechnology/Life Sciences (Zoology, Botany)/Agriculture or any other relevant discipline with atleast 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in aggregate.
Desirable: Preference will be given to the candidates having some experience in computational analysis of genome
sequences, Next Generation Sequencing data, Bioinformatics tools and techniques. Candidates should have prior
experiences in Bioinformatics and inclination towards solving biological problems by collaborating with
interdisciplinary experts. Experience to work in high performance computing environment and Big data analysis will
be added advantage.
