Job Description
1. For post No. 1 (.JRF-I No.)
2. Title of the Project: Diversity Assessment, in-vitro propagation and DNA barcoding of Ferns and Fern-allies of Assam.
3. Duration: Till the completion of the project
4. Eligibility:
a) M.Sc. in Life Sciences / M.Sc. in Botany
b) NET qualified candidates will get preference.
c) Desirable experience: Candidate having experience in techniques like DNA Extraction, PCR, Sequence Analysis etc. will get preference.
5. Fellowship:
a. For Candidates with NET: Rs.31000/- + HRA @ 10 % per month, for first 2 years, which may be enhanced to Rs.35000/-+ HRA @ 10 % in the 3rd Year depending on the performance.
b. For Candidates without NET: As per guidelines of the funding agency/ Dibrugarh University.
