Project Code, Project Title & Funding Agency 15BRNS006 :'Modelling the folding of a helix-turn-helix motif with molecular dynamics simulations using Z34C as a model system'
Qualification :First class in MSc in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Physics.
UGC-JRF/CSIR-JRF/GATE qualification is required for candidates wanting to register for PhD program. Students are normally encouraged to register for PhD program after fulfilling academic requirements of the Institute. A good background in Physical Chemistry/ Biophysical Chemistry/ Biophysics is expected. Exposure to Unix/Linux and programming is desirable. Candidates should have have Mathematics background related to basic Calculus. Accommodation on campus may not be possible.
