Job Description
JRF Civil Engineering recruitment in National Institute of Technology Karnataka (Ref. No. 789/NITK/CIVIL/IMPRINT/AKT/2017-18/A9)
Title of the project: “Small Scale and Sustainable Household Wastewater Recycling (S3HWR)”.
Essential Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% aggregate score (6.5/10 CGPA) and M.Tech/M.E in Environmental Engineering or with a minimum of 60% aggregate score (6.5/10 CGPA). A good GATE score will be an added advantage.
Desired Skills: Experience on operating lab/pilot scale bioreactors for waste treatment and handling instruments such as Gas Chromatograph, HPLC, UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, FTIR, ICP etc. will be an advantage. Ability to work in a team, good communication skills and experience in experimental research.
