Job Description
Application are invited from the eligible candidates for filling up the post of “Junior Research Fellow” on contract basis for the SERB funded project entitled “Evaluating the synergistic efficacy of simultaneous F18 FET PET/ MRI and hybrid Tc-99m GHA SPECT CT in post treatment response assessment evaluation (Post surgical resection post chemoradiotherapy) in cases of Glioblastoma and validating with histopathology” under Dr. Chandana.N, Associate Professor Nuclear Medicine and P.I, Dept. of Neuro Imaging and Interventional Radiology.
1. Name of the post: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
2. No. of post: 1 (One)
3. Minimum Educational Qualification: M.Sc OR Bachelor of Engineering Desired Qualification MTech (Bioinformatics OR Data Science and Machine Learning) Experience in image analysis with PET and SPECT, basic knowledge in Python for Data Science, Database and SQL statistical analysis, Matrices and Image processing National Eligibility Test (NET) qualified candidates and fluency in English, Hindi and Kannada
4. Emoluments: Rs.31,000/-+ 24% HRA p.m
5. Duration of the post: 30 months Initial appointment will be made for a period six months, which will be extendable every six months till the end of the project depending upon the performance of the candidate.
