Qualification: M.Tech./M.E./MS in (Electrical & Electronics Engg/ Electronics & Communication Engg/ Electronics & Telecom Engg/ Telecommunication Engg/ Communication Engg/ Electronics & Electrical Communication Engg/ Electronics & Electrical Engg/ Radio Physics and Electronics/Solid State Technology) Minimum marks 6.5 CGPA or 60% in all level. Preference may be given to the candidate possessing qualified GATE score or equivalent National Eligibility Test.

Specialization: Microelectronics, VLSI, NanoElectronics, Nano-Technology, Flexible Electronics. Electronic Materials and Devices Resistive Random Access Memory using HfO₂ based HeteroStructures for Flexible Electronics .
