JRF Electronics Engg. recruitment in IIIT Andhra Pradesh
Project titled 'Design, modeling and Simulation of GaAs based III-V semiconductor multi junction solar structures for space applications'.
Essential Qualification: (i) M.Tech./M.E/MS degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or in equivalent streams. OR (ii) B.Tech/BE in degree Electronics and Communication Engineering or in equivalent streams with a valid Gate/NET score. Preference will be given to candidates having experience/specialization in device design, mathematical modeling of devices, Photovoltaics, semiconductor physics.
Stipend: Rs. 25000
Age Limit: 28 years.
