JRF Electronics in recruitment in BIT Mesra
Project entitled “Study of HEMT and its performance in amplifier circuit”
Department: Electronics and Communication Engineering.
Eligibility: M.E. / M.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering and related disciplines OR B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering with valid GATE score. Final semester M.E. / M.Tech. students can also apply.
Desirable: Knowledge of device/process simulation CAD tool (Synopsis/Silvaco TCAD). Knowledge on analog circuit design / analog Microelectronics/VLSI design.Knowledge of transistor level circuit simulation tool. Candidate with valid GATE/NET and/or work experience on device/analog Microelectronics/VLSI domain will be preferred.
Fellowship/month: Rs 25,000 +15% HRA for first 2 years, then Rs 28,000 +15% HRA for one year.
