Applications are invited on prescribed format (On-line) for the temporary post of "Junior Research Fellow'' for the Project (SR/19/EC/058) entitled “Performance Evaluation and Optimization of UAVEnabled Cellular Communications” in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering based on Institute norms and regulations.

Consolidated monthly compensation / Fellowship INR 31,000/- per month 

Essential Qualifications and experience:  First class in B.E. or B. Tech in Electronics and Communication / Electronics and Instrumentation / Electronics and Telecommunication / Electronics Engineering / Applied Electronics & Instrumentation / Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering or any other relevant discipline followed by M. Tech. or M.E. in Electronics and Communication / Electronics and Instrumentation / Electronics and Telecommunication / Electronics Engineering / Applied Electronics & Instrumentation / Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering or any other relevant discipline with aggregate marks of 60% or 6.5 CGPA. OR B.E. or B. Tech in Electronics and Communication / Electronics and Instrumentation / Electronics and Telecommunication / Electronics Engineering / Applied Electronics & Instrumentation / Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering or any other relevant discipline with valid GATE score and 7.0 CGPA.

Desirable Qualifications / Exp. Knowledge of basic mathematical course on Probability Theory and Stochastic Processes, etc. Familiarity with one or more of the following software tools - Matlab, Mathematica, Python, etc.
