JRF Environmental Science job recruitment in Periyar University.
Project Title : “Investigation and Development of an Integrated Strategy for Enhanced Degradation of Persistent Organic Pollutants and Biogas Production from Sewage Sludge”

Eligibility: M.Sc. Degree in Environmental Science / Microbiology / Biotechnology with 60% marks for General and 55% marks for SC/ST category. Desirable: Research experience in domestic/industrial wastewater treatment. Willingness to work on / handle sewage sludge and landfill leachate.
Fellowship: Rs. 16,000 / Rs. 18,000 + 20% HRA /month (Sanctioned by the funding agency)
Project Duration: 26 months. The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project
