Title of the Project : 'Studies on the Occurrence, Distribution
and Composition of micro plastics along the Kerala Coast with emphasis on their
manifestation of near shore communities'

Qualification : 1. M.F.Sc in Aquatic Environment Management/
M.Sc Marine Biology/ Biological Oceanography/ Aquatic Biology and Fisheries/
Environmental Sciences/ Zoology with specialization in Aquatic Ecology. 2. The
candidates should have passed the NET examination conducted by UGC/CSIR/ICAR.
Desirable : The
candidates have research experience in analytical techniques/environmental
impact assessment/GIS is desirable.
Fellowship : Rs
25,000.00 p.m. + 20% HRA (as per DST-SERB norms) for 1st and 2nd year. Rs
28,000.00 p.m. + 20% HRA (as per DST-SERB norms) for 3rd year
