JRF Fish Genetics job vacancies in Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies on temporary & contract basis

Title of the Project: ' Transcriptome Analysis and Gene Expression Studies to elucidate Heterogeneous Individual growth in Marcrobrachium resenbergii for ensuring Sustainable Aquaculture Production”

Required Qualification :1. M.F.Sc in Fish Genetics and Biotechnology/M.Sc in Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology/ Bioinformatics/ Genetics/Genomics/Zoology with specialization in Molecular Biology and Genetics.

2. The candidates should have passed the NET examination conducted by UGC/CSIR/ICAR.

Desirable Qualification : The candidates who have had firsthand experience in molecular techniques/DNA sequencing/ Trancriptomics/ Bioinformatics shall be preferred.

Fellowship : Rs 25,000.00 p.m. + 20% HRA (as per DST-SERB norms) for 1st and 2nd year. Rs 28,000.00 p.m. + 20% HRA (as per DST-SERB norms) for 3rd year.

Age Limit : Not more than 28 years as on the last date of notification.
