Job Description

Applications are invited for an online interview for the following post(s) in the project entitled, “Synthesis of 1-C, 2-C, 3-C-Branched Pyranosides and Heptanosides, Higher-Carbon Sugars, L-Sugars and All the Epimers of Sialic acids and KDN Non-Ulosinic acids from Perlin Aldehydes” at the Department of Chemistry, IIT Guwahati.

The appointment will be on contract basis initially for 11 months with a possibility of subsequent renewal.

Pay Scale: Rs.37,210

Qualification: M.Sc. in General Chemistry OR with specialization in Organic Chemistry. Scholars selected through CSIR-UGC NET/GATE and other National level competitive tests in chemistry.
