Essential Qualifications: Masters degree in Genetics/ Plant Breeding/ Genetics and Plant breeding/ Seed science and technology/ Biotechnology/ Life Sciences with 4 years of bachelor degree or PG degree in basic sciences with 3 years Bachelor degree and 2 years of Masters degree should have qualified NET/GATE.
Desirable: Experience of research on quality aspects on cereals and pulses. Experience of hands on quality and nutrition of grains and molecular marker technology, Field experience of crop husbandry etc. Computer proficiency and expertise in bio-informatics analyses. Work experience of 1-2 years.
