of M.Sc./B.Tech.in Biotechnology/Gene Technology/Genomics/Molecular
Genetics/Life Science/Cell Biology/Microbiology/Zoology with at least 60%
marks. Candidates with NET qualification or equivalent qualification will be
preferred. (Or) Degree of M.Tech.in Biotechnology with at least 60% marks
Desirable : Candidates with experience in molecular biology
research and hands-on experience in proteincharacterisation will be preferred.
Fellowship : For candidates with NET qualification: Rs. 25,000/- p.m. + 20% HR.% (I and II year) & Rs. 28,000/- p.m. + 20% HRA (III year) For others : Rs. 12,000/- p.m. + 20% HRA (I and II year) & Rs. 14,000/-p.m. + 20% HRA (III year)
Age Limit : The
upper age limit of JRF shall be 28 years as on the date of interview.
